How It Started
BBBoba House opened in Dumfries, Virginia's Triangle Shopping Plaza as the neighborhood's first spot to pair a full Vietnamese kitchen with a serious boba program. Cook the food right, make the drinks worth returning for, and treat every guest like they belong here.
The Kitchen's Craft
Slow-simmered pho broth, bánh mì on toasted baguette with pâté and house mayo, and Bo Kho beef braised in lemongrass and five-spice until it falls apart. Every detail — house fish sauce, crispy pork egg rolls with chili mayo — is there because it should be.
The Drinks Program
Taro milk crowned with house-made taro foam, a layered Tiger Milk Tea, fruit slushes, and a proper Vietnamese café sữa đá — the drinks get the same care as the kitchen. They're half the reason people keep coming back.
